Pressure cooker Catalan style chickpea stew

This chickpea stew is one of my favorite legume dishes, and we make it more or less every other week. I recently learned that this particular stew is called "Garbanzos a la catalana", or, in English, "Chickpea stew Catalan style". Cataluña (in English often translated as Catalonia) is a region on the north-east side of Spain, right next to the Mediterranean Sea and the borderline with France. It does really come in handy when you want to make french fries or croquettes without the mess of frying them the traditional way. It's just crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Because our air fryer came with very scarce instructions, we had to figure out the perfect times and temperatures by experimenting and searching online. Some cooking appliances, like our Slow Cooker, come with a little booklet that includes a handful of recipes, so you can get started. The only thing included with my air fryer is a chart that indicates which dishes should be cooked with the grid and which shouldn't.  If you've had an air fryer for a while maybe none of this will
